HAJJ & UMRAH Terms and Conditions

Documents Required:

  1. Passport valid for eight months with 2 blank pages together.
  2. Four passport size photohgraphs (without borders) with off-white background.
  3. Original National Identity Card (NIC) issued by NADRA.
  4. Health Card acceptable to Karachi and Islamabad Consulate.
  5. Nikkah Nama and father's original NIC for lady passengers travelling with relatives.
  6. Nikkah Nama and father's original NIC if maiden name of lady appears on passport.

*Document attestation can be arranged by Sonya Travels with prior arrangements

 

Special Attention:

  1. Firm travel plan specifying departure and return dates, dates of stay in Makkah and Medina and type of accomodation / transportation required: to be advised to Sonya Travels at least 30 days before departure, enabling us to complete all formalities and hotel arrangements.
  2. Full package price payable at the time of filing above travel plan.
  3. Sonya Travels will try its utmost to meet the departure / arrival dates and accomodation requirements by the customer, but reserves the right to make minor adjustments due to airline flight shcedules or availability constraints.
  4. Complete journey must be performed as per booked dates and plan - any deviation will result in non-refundable cancellation of unused services.
  5. Return flight reservations must be reconfirmed five to seven days before flight departure directly or through our UMRAH SERVICE AGENT at KSA.
  6. Standard Package Rates are exclusive of meals / charges of personal nature / ziarat / document attestation or any special requests.
  7. Child - under 10 years - sharing bed with parents will be charged at 50% of package price.
  8. Child - above 10 years or requiring seperate bed will be charged full adult rate.
  9. Child below 2 years - One Infant per parent is free, any additional infants chargeable at child package rates.
  10. Persons wishing to extend their stay in KSA will have to intimate the same to our UIMRA SERVICE AGENT and pay any extra charges for extended stay directly to our UMRA SERVICE AGENT in KSA.

Documentation Charges and Cacellation Terms

Additional Charges apply for the following :

  1. Health Cards produced by Sonya Travels.
  2. Relationship affidavits attestation.
  3. Attestation of Nikkah Nama / Birth Certificate etc.
  4. Rejection of Ministry of Hajj ( MOH ) approved cases by Saudi Consulates in Pakistan.
  5. Name corrections / change on passport or renewal of passport.
  6. No- travel / refund request of MOH approved cases.
  7. Non-travel / refund request of visa stamped cases.
  8. Cancellation intimated within 36 hours of flight departure for budget and economy class and seven days for Silver, Gold and Deluxe class packages.
  9. NO-SHOW or cancellation intimated after the departure of flight.
  10. Any special / additional services required beyond standard package.
